Ta-da List is the web’s easiest to-do list tool. It’s free, and it also has a share function. Perfect for what I’m challenging you to do during this “EOD Challenge.” You can make lists for yourself or share them with others. It couldn’t be simpler.
Check it out here: http://tadalist.com/ AFTER you watch the super short video below that explains how I use it (and you can too).
Let’s wrap up with the final video in this team challenge training series.
Thanks Ann.. very helpful to me especially when I need help in managing my time wisely.
Finally! I heard about TaDa last year but never did anything with it (ironically), then couldn’t remember its name. Thank you!
I’ll try weaning myself away from paper lists. When I accomplish each task, will TaDa give me a piece of chocolate????
Hmmm…. I’m liking the shared lists… hubby and I can help keep each other “updated” on business activities and progress. This could be good!
Put together my Ta-Da List today super helpful to have this tool. Even took a screen shot so it’s on my computer dashboard daily:) Great stuff once again Ann Sieg
I’m going to try this out. Thanks for the tips. Love the name too – Ta-Da!
Anxious to try TaDa! I love lists – but it’s a challenge sometimes to keep up with all of them!
I love To Do List! I get such a sense of accomplishment when I can cross something off my list. I’m going to check out TaDaList right now…thanks for sharing!
Hi, Ann –
Just noticed to day that they have closed Ta-Da to the public – after we got rolling with it, too! But I found a replacement for those who want to try a free tool – and it has some cool features as well. I especially like that you can drag and drop a task into the trash can and it goes away!

Wow! I didn’t know that Lisa.
Thanks for keeping us posted on that.
I have a paid Basecamp membership so I wonder if TaDa comes with it. Checking with Justin on this.
I just checked. I still have access to my Tada account. What would I do without my trusty list of “to dos”.
FYI, tadalist is no more:
“Because we haven’t given Ta-da List much attention in the last few years, and as part of refocusing our efforts on our pay products — especially the all new Basecamp — we’ve decided to retire Ta-da List. Ta-da List will no longer be signing up new customers.
But don’t worry — any to-do lists you already created here at TadaList.com will continue to work. Just sign in to access your lists.
Thanks to everyone who used Ta-da List over the years.”
